Compliance
The system stores Energy Ratings (EPC Certificates) and Gas Compliance Certificates, as well as expiry dates. Automated reminders are sent 60 days prior to a certificate's expiry, giving you ample time to arrange inspections. The portal can also store serial numbers, warranties and expiry dates of all parts and appliances and reminders are sent out 60 days before expiry.
